Tim Kingsley is a seasoned security and crisis management professional with over 30 years of experience in senior leadership roles. He started his journey in emergency management and trauma care as a volunteer first responder during 9/11 at the World Trade Center, later serving as Chief of Public Safety at Columbia University.

Currently, Tim holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Saint Mark's Cathedral in Minneapolis and serves as Director of the Board of the Minnesota Crisis Intervention Team (MNCIT). He is also a Police Chaplain and Critical Incident Stress Debriefer for the Edina Police Department, offering services to public safety agencies at the county and state levels.

With certifications in emergency management, proactive security techniques, violence interruption, domestic violence, and sexual assault counseling, and as an EMT, Tim brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role as a psychological first aid trainer for Kingswood Security.
